Land in Goa with the whole trip already priced.

Sixty seconds inside Travel Plan Manager

The carousel plays on its own — sit back and watch a Goa trip assemble itself. Pause it, jump to a step, or nudge it with the arrows.

Travel Plan Manager destinations screen with destination search results

Search once, get the right Gokarna

Fuzzy search matches names and addresses across states. “Gokarn” returns Gokarna in Karnataka and Gokarna in West Bengal — the address line, not the name, tells them apart. Added halts take one of three slots.

  • Three night-halt slots, reorderable with arrows
  • Addresses stored verbatim for booking reuse
  • Slot order decides where each day ends

Screen 01 · Destinations — fuzzy search, address disambiguation, 3 slots

Travel Plan Manager spots search with popular Goa places

Tap the Goa you came for

“Popular here” reads the map viewport and offers the spots everyone actually visits. Search falls back to the global index with address cards. Every tap appends a numbered stop to your loop.

  • Viewport chips: Baga, Fort Aguada, Palolem, Vagator, Chapora
  • Search results carry an address card and a plus
  • Stops keep their number across reorders

Screen 02 · Spots — viewport chips, global fallback, numbered stops

Travel Plan Manager itinerary with numbered stops and day details

Stops become days, days become loops

New stops wait in “Not yet assigned to a day”. The Details editor sets day, start and duration; saving groups the stop under its day and the route engine re-sequences that day’s loop.

  • Single-tap selection, outline is the only affordance
  • Day groups drive the plan table you travel with
  • Unassigned stops still count toward the route

Screen 03 · Itinerary — unassigned tray, day groups, Details editor

Travel Plan Manager reservations and ticket files panel

The plan proposes, you reserve

Eight booking kinds query near your destinations. Attaching an option writes one cost line and one ticket file; the budgeting card totals your lines live. Nothing pays for anything until you decide.

  • Flight, lodging, rental, restaurant, train, bus, ferry, cruise
  • Cost lines and ticket files stay paired
  • Budget total updates the moment you attach

Screen 04 · Reservations — 8 booking kinds, budgeting, ticket files

Travel Plan Manager Goa map with a numbered route

One numbered loop, halt in green

The canvas draws your plan as a single loop with the night halt in green. The rail zooms, tilts 2D/3D, recentres and swaps light or dark tiles. Tapping a pin shows the distance from your previous stop — and any local note attached to it.

  • Pin tap: name, km from previous stop, community note
  • Green pin marks tonight’s bed
  • Dark tiles for planning on the night bus

Screen 05 · Route canvas — numbered loop, halt green, control rail, local note

Travel Plan Manager map with the language menu open

Your language, your plan

The EN tool opens the interface menu. Six languages are live now and the plan object underneath never changes — only the strings around it do.

  • English, Deutsch, Español, Français, हिन्दी, Nederlands
  • Canvas labels and tooltips follow the menu
  • Same plan object, same quote, any language

Screen 06 · Interface menu — six languages over one plan object

Auto-plays every 5 s · pauses on hover, focus or tab-switch · ← → also work here

How it works for you

Four moves between you and the beach

No spreadsheets, no group-chat archaeology. The app holds one plan object and you only ever do four things to it.

01

Pin your halts

Search any town or beach. Up to three night halts, reordered with arrows — Goa first, Gokarna second, wherever third.

02

Tap your spots

“Popular here” surfaces Baga, Fort Aguada, Palolem, Vagator, Chapora from the map viewport. One tap, one numbered stop.

03

Let days form

Stops cluster into day loops with drive times and a night halt, so you never cross the state twice in one afternoon.

04

See every rupee

Halt, scooter, ferry, meals, experiences — as line items from real Goan suppliers. Lock a price or hold it 48 hours.

Community knowledge

Planned by the engine. Tuned by the people who live there.

AI draws the loop; Goans correct it. Every pin can carry a note from a verified local — host, deckhand, boat owner, shack cook — written from seasons of doing the thing, not from a crawl of the internet.

  • Notes are verified by tenure: years hosting, sailing, cooking.
  • They attach to pins and survive offline, on the road.
  • Locals earn a reputation score, never a commission.
512 notes live 96 verified locals 0% commission
Chapora parking fills by nine. Come at seven, walk the north wall, then breakfast in Anjuna before the crowd wakes.
Aldona · homestay host since 2011 · note on Chapora Fort
Stand deck-left after Ribandar comes into view — that is the side the sunset actually happens on.
Panjim · Mandovi cruise deckhand · note on ferry point
Palolem kayaks: rent from the south shack. The north queue doubles in December and it is the same water.
Canacona · boat owner · note on Palolem Beach

Built for the way Goa actually works

Not a generic trip builder

Goa punishes naive planning: north–south ping-pong, ferry windows, monsoon boat cancellations, scooter-vs-cab maths. The engine models all of it — and the community keeps the model honest.

  • Quote holds survive your flight — 48 hours, no card.
  • Addresses stay verbatim, so bookings never mismatch.
  • The Gokarna extension is a first-class destination slot.
N–SClustered day loops. Arambol and Palolem never share a day; the loop length and drive estimate say so upfront.
FERRYCrossing windows. Mandovi cruises and ferry legs are scheduled, not decorated onto the map.
MONMonsoon awareness. Jun–Sep swaps boat-dependent stops for forts, spas and Old Goa interiors.
₹/KMScooter vs cab maths. Transport mode changes the quote line, not just the icon.
BEDNight-halt logic. Your last stop of the day decides where you sleep, and the halt price follows.

Offshore travellers, on the record

Planned from abroad, landed without surprises

Travellers from six time zones ran real Goa trips through Travel Plan Manager. Their plan objects, not their adjectives, are the proof.

I planned nine days including Gokarna from my sofa in Neukölln. The loop meant I never back-tracked the coast road once — my scooter odometer agreed with the plan table to the kilometre.

The line-item quote is the whole product for me. I saw the scooter, the ferry and the meals as separate rupees before I paid anything. Nothing appeared at checkout that I had not already read.

Visiting family roots in Panjim, I wanted heritage, not just beach time. The Latin Quarter walk and the Mandovi cruise landed on day two, exactly where the plan table said they would.

A local note told me the butterfly-beach boats stop at 4 pm in September. The engine had said “anytime”. The local was right, and my day was saved.

Three of us, one scooter each, zero arguments: the budgeting card showed each cost line before we attached it, so the split was arithmetic instead of a conversation at midnight.

Long-haul, so I wanted one price I could trust. I held the quote from the plane, locked it after landing at Dabolim, and the ticket files were already waiting in the plan.
